What is included
Russian manicure prep, product application, and basic art are included in basic sets. Advanced art, chrome, specialty techniques, charms, crystals, pigment, ombre, and 3D work may be additional.

The scheduler checks Charlotte’s usual hours, marked days off, and existing appointments before showing times. Basic gel manicures are booked for about an hour, and enhancement sets are booked for about two hours so the work never feels rushed.

Before you book
A few studio details.
Charlotte books enough time for prep, structure, art planning, and a calm appointment. Clients may book up to six months in advance.
Maintenance and repairs
Monthly maintenance includes two repairs when needed. Additional repairs, including art replacement, are $10 per nail.
Existing enhancements
Charlotte may work over another tech’s enhancements if they are in good condition. Most outside work will need a rebalance, restructure, and reshape.
Cancellations
Please give 48 hours notice. Last-minute cancellations or no-shows require a 100% deposit to rebook.
Payment
Payment options include cash, PayPal, Zelle, and Messenger. Charlotte will confirm exact payment details directly.
